At Apple Developer Academy @BINUS, my team and I were excited to impress our friend by showing them a good gameplay experience! We took it on as a fun challenge to solve together.

But here’s the twist! we had to make a game without using any text! 🤯
This was my first time creating an app without any words at all, and honestly, it felt like such a fun but challenging experience! and we had to get it finished in 7 days

We did the investigation by doing desk research, observation, interview
At first, we just wanted to make a co-op game. A lot of people would come to the office early and spend time hanging out by playing games together, so we thought—why not create something fun for them?
So we explored so many things about games, and we found out about MDA

**MDA ****is stands for Mechanics, Dynamics, and Aesthetic

As we kept things simple, we learned that:
Mechanics → the rules and systems that make the game work.
Dynamics → how players interact with the game and how the gameplay flows.
Aesthetics → what trigger emotions, creating a great game experience.
After exploring the MDA framework and playing tons of co-op games, we decided to create a game about combining things—but with a twist! It had to be played in pairs, making teamwork the key to success.

My team and I are big anime fans, so… of course, we decided to make a sushi game! 🍣🎮 It just felt like the perfect fit! it called SUSHI RUMBLE. Co-op multi devices gaming without internet connection

Well, we were excited to make a sushi making game by send and receive ingredient between player’s devices without using the internet
And here is the MDA of the game
